Tallan Client, Travel Insured International, Receives Website Award Based on User Experience Investment

Glastonbury, CT – October 31, 2019

Tallan is proud to share that our client, Travel Insured International, a Crum Forster Company, was presented with an ‘Online Travel Services Marketing-Website’ gold award by Travel Weekly as a part of the 2019 Travel Weekly Magellan Awards. The company was honored among a global field of travel providers as the Travel Weekly Magellan Awards “honors the best in travel and salutes the outstanding travel professionals behind it all.”

Vice President of Marketing at Travel Insured International, Sherry Sutton notes, “We are so honored to receive this award for the massive undertaking of our website redesign. The main objective was to create a seamless customer journey, focusing on mobile-friendliness along with the addition of several self-service features. With the support from our partnership with Tallan, Travel Insured’s online experience has truly improved from start to finish, providing our travelers with the experience they are looking for, as well as added growth of our overall business.”

Tallan’s User Experience team aligned with Travel Insured to perform a complete overhaul of their website. From back-end infrastructure, to the front-end user interface design, the entire architecture was re-imagined in an effort to ease the customer’s journey through the site. This award recognizes the commitment to providing their customers with the best possible online user experience, and we are proud to have partnered with them on this success.
