Tallan used a cloud first, mobile first approach with an easy to use portal that allows borrowers and brokers to share information during the loan application process. Now anyone can see the status of their loan application throughout the whole process, with all the details, tasks, and documents in a mobile friendly solution that allows collaboration anytime, anywhere. The portal and mobile applications include, an online, fully responsive 1003 mortgage application form that integrates data collected online with the internal Loan Originating System. To ensure a friendly user experience, users are able to send documents by taking a picture with their mobile devices, receive push notifications via iOS and Android applications, and receive real-time feeds to show the loan’s status as it changes.
The loan application portal now services tens of thousands of loans and users nationwide with the ability to scale as customer demands increase.
