At Tallan, we are always looking for exceptional students and recent graduates in computer science and engineering, information systems, and related technology fields. Individuals who are passionate about technology, think critically, and thrive in a team environment are in high demand as we continue to grow rapidly in the many markets we serve. We offer paid summer internships for eligible College Juniors, Seniors and Grad Students as well as entry level positions to recent grads looking to start their career.

Being an Intern at Tallan is as exciting as it is rewarding – the question is are you going to jump in feet first or head first? As an Intern you will live the Tallan culture, participate in our mentorship program, develop and expand your skills through our training program and contribute to an active project as a member of a development team

1:1 Mentorship Program

On day 1 you will meet your mentor. Someone that has been exactly where you are. Take advantage of the opportunity. Build a relationship with a colleague who is invested in your success. 99% of our mentor/mentee relationships, even those from 10 years ago, are still intact today.

Training

Your Internship begins with two weeks of training. We’re not talking about learning FORTRAN, COBALT or BASIC, we’re talking about the stuff you need to know to be successful. At the end of the 12 weeks you will have an opportunity to present your work to Tallan Leadership.

Client Project Work

We can’t think of a better way to introduce you to the world of consulting. You will have an opportunity to contribute as you join a development team on an active project. This is real world, real client, real project, get your hands dirty development work.
