Tallan will work with you internal teams to create a Azure DevOps migration plan that will be developed during the assessment portion of this implementation. From here we will take that roadmap and start the migration process to Azure DevOps. Upon completion your TFS environment will be fully migrated to Azure DevOps.

Make a road map to get from TFS to Azure DevOps
Identify risk and mitigate
Run test migration in Azure sandbox
Resolve compatibility issues
Once approved run final migration
