Jay Rabin

Mr. Rabin serves as Tallan’s General Counsel and Executive Vice President. He joined Tallan with its acquisition of the business of twentysix New York. Previously, Mr. Rabin was CEO of twentysix New York. In his role as General Counsel at Tallan, he advises the company on legal matters and provides leadership in strategy and planning.

With twentysix New York and its predecessors, Mr. Rabin held the positions of CEO, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Mr. Rabin also held the position of General Counsel for Citigate Financial Intelligence and was the Finance Director for Citigate Data Consulting.

As an attorney in private practice, Mr. Rabin focused on corporate and commercial matters, intellectual property matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Rabin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a law degree from Columbia University.
