Director

Tallan’s Directors co-manage a regional office to oversee client accounts, projects, partners, and business relationships. They manage a team of Project Managers that oversee the technical design, development, testing, and support of assigned accounts. Directors are responsible for working directly with Account Executives to grow technology sales in their region. The Director will support the local sales team, attend sales meetings, and propose technology solutions to solve client business problems. They have an ongoing responsibility for company information to his/her region, and provide their people with a visible career path in addition to short and long term goals.

Architect

Tallan’s Architects make a direct and important contribution to the company’s revenues and profits. They ensure that those technologies which hold the promise of making a significant or transformational impact on the company’s future are embedded as core competencies and are influential in improving the company’s reputation and positioning among its customers and prospects. Tallan Architects participate in the initial architecture and design phases of our client projects and promote best practices throughout the application development lifecycle and ensure a consistently high quality solution for our clients. Our Architects are required to assist in external marketing and public relations efforts including: writing and presenting white papers, participation in technical committees, and providing articles to the press. Tallan Architects take an active roll in the sales process including directly contributing to the creation of proposals and attending sales meetings, when necessary.

Project Manager

Tallan’s Project Managers lead a team of talented developers who build large scale, mission critical, software development projects to successful completion; on time and on budget for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 Clients. These systems include Application Architecture, Application Development, Enterprise Application Development (EAI), Systems Integration, Data Warehousing and Data Mart Development, Corporate Portals, Mobile and Wireless Technologies, Supply Chain Automation, B2B E-Commerce, Retail & Distribution Order Management, and Website Integration. Our Project Managers manage application development projects and demonstrate a solid understanding of J2EE or .NET technologies. Tallan requires that our Project Managers remain very hands on and have the ability to manage and guide software developers under their supervision. Each Project Manager has experience as a software developer and/or has a track record of exposure to this area and is able to lead and motivate teams of development staff.

Director of Human Resources

Ms. Tkaczuk has served as Tallan’s Director of Human Resources since March 2005. Ms. Tkaczuk joined the organization in March 2003 and has held various human resources roles. Prior to joining Tallan, she held human resources positions with GE Industrial and GE Capital businesses.
